A skilled JENGA playing robot DE NIRO
Video edited by team member Bettina Sosa.
A JENGA playing robot DE NIRO, built using python, ROS (Robot Operating System), and Gazebo. Core robotics topics were integrated into the code base, including: inverse kinematics, Quaternion numbering, and motion planning. De NIRO can successfully and repeatably construct a 4 layered JENGA tower, as well as complete moves against an opponent! This work was completed as a group project and was highly praised by the Robotics Intelligence Lab at Imperial College London.
